Olympus IX83

The Olympus IX83 does an excellent job in combination with RCM. The 40x 1.4NA X-line objective gives superior image quality and FOV. If more resolution is required the 100x 1.45NA X-line is recommended.

Happy Cells!

RCM only requires very little laser light due to the extremely sensitive detection scheme. It is the only microscope system in the world capable of reaching super-resolution (120nm) with only 1 MICRO-Watt of laser light!
